If you want to have an asset brining you in nice cash flow every month - fantastic. That's my main goal as an investor. @ admin - you can make quick cash. But the reality is that most buyers want to see proof of earnings over several months... And this is not possible unless you have the traffic which will take you a few months to get anyway. imo to flip a site from scratch for a decent sum of money you'll need at least 3 months min. of earnings and traffic proof. If you go to all the trouble of putting up a website, getting traffic flowing to it and even have it producing some regular income, why on earth would you want to sell it? That seems awfully shortsighted to me. Am I missing something here? From where I stand, this looks a lot like selling the goose that lays the golden eggs.
