But it is also important that there is a personal connection, a sort of chemistry, between the mentor and mentee. I have a personal trainer that I contact through a reputable online agency, ondisplaytrainers.com, whom I chose because his face radiated warmth and I just had a gut-feeling we'd work well together. I've since been able to create my a regular exercise routine,feel much happier, and truly enjoy working with my trainer in each session. I've had other personal trainers before that I didn't get along with as much as this trainer and the results were consequently not this good.
